Pasikudah

Pasikudah is a beach destination on the east coast, north of Batticaloa. The wide bay and sandy shore make it a place to settle in for a few days. Many visitors spend most of their time close to their hotel, with walks along the beach between meals and rest.

The bay has shallow stretches, although the depth and conditions vary. On a suitable day, you can ask about water activities or simply enjoy the view from the shore. Nearby Kalkudah offers another stretch of coastline to explore if you want a change of scene.
