| 9 | Explore Kandy | Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Peradeniya Botanical Gardens and Kandy Lake. | Kandy |
| 10 | Kandy → Nuwara Eliya | Drive into the hills, with stops at Ramboda Falls and a tea plantation and factory. | Nuwara Eliya |
| 11 | Explore Nuwara Eliya | Choose an early walk at Horton Plains if the weather allows, or stay in town and spend time beside Gregory Lake. | Nuwara Eliya |

| 13 | Explore Ella | Walk up Little Adam's Peak, visit Nine Arch Bridge and stop at a cafe in Ella. | Ella |

Planning notes
This route uses private road transfers. The east and south coasts have different weather patterns, so plan beach activities around your dates. Check train services and park access before booking. Animal sightings cannot be promised. Leave plenty of time for the airport transfer on Day 21.
