• Which vehicle will be used, and is there enough room for all passengers and luggage?
• Are air conditioning and any required child seats confirmed?
• What is included for fuel, parking, tolls and the driver's expenses?
• Are airport pickups, sightseeing stops and waiting time included?
• Is the driver also a guide, or are local guides arranged separately?

Separate transport from other trip costs

Ask whether the price includes hotels, entry tickets, meals and activities. A driver is not always a guide. If you want someone to explain the places you visit, check whether that is included or arranged separately.
